I aim to respond within 2–3 business days, and often sooner when I’m not on safari with guests.

Before you reach out

  • Response times – When I’m guiding safaris in remote areas, internet can be limited. If I’m in the bush, replies may take a little longer, but I read every message.
  • Print orders – If your enquiry is about a specific image, please include the title or a link so I can advise on sizes, finishes and shipping.
  • Safari planning – If possible, share your preferred dates, countries (e.g. Botswana, Zimbabwe), and whether you’re a photographer or not – my trips are for anyone who loves wildlife.
